Phone Consultations

We offer, in-depth, half hour
phone consultations for $59.00.

After setting up the appointment, email the details of your situation – if you have photos of your attic, send those along also (small, jpg files please).

In-Home Visits / Estimates

When you call to us to discuss the situation in your home, we'll set up an appointment for the initial visit. Don Marcoux will come by to do a thorough inspection usually lasting 1.5 hours.

The cost for this visit varies and depends on a several factors. We will let you know the total cost of the inspection when we set up the appointment.
NOTE: Payment is due at the time of the inspection, and checks are payable to: "We Fix Problem Attics". You may also pay by credit card.
 
After the inspection, we will send you a complete report which you should receive within 5 to 10 days. This report is usually 2 to 4 pages long, and describes in detail all the problems creating the situation you currently have along with our recommended solutions.

Along with the report, we will also include an estimate to do the necessary work. If you decide to have us do the work, the inspection fee will be deducted from the cost of the work on a prorated basis.
